Management usually involves observation for small, asymptomatic cases, with surgical removal reserved for those that are symptomatic, enlarging, or cosmetically deforming, often using open or endoscopic approaches. Prognosis after removal is excellent with rare recurrence, though multiple osteomas can be a hallmark of Gardner’s syndrome, an inherited condition associated with intestinal polyps and soft tissue tumors.
