Video Title / Caption	Unfortunately Martha passed away yesterday 🥺. It’s very sad! Martha was such a beautiful person. She had a disease that ate her muscles and that’s why she was so skinny. I started working with her in February. Her goal was to get out of bed by herself. We started working out, she pushed herself and got stronger. A lot of times she told me she didn’t want to let me down 🥺, she was very kind. We created a beautiful bond and I’m very sad that she is gone. The last couple of weeks she looked very tired and didn’t really want to work out. On Monday we celebrated her birthday 🎂. Joe wasn’t feeling well, but I told him he had to get up and get into the wheelchair to wish Martha a happy birthday. After I said that, his attitude completely changed and he got out of bed. I posted the video earlier this week where he reads a beautiful card to her saying how much he loved her. I’m so glad we did that. This is what life really is about. Telling the people we love how much they mean to us. Hugging them, giving them flowers, showing our love when they can feel it. Why would we wait to do all those things when they are already gone? A beautiful bouquet of flowers is more meaningful when someone is alive, so they can enjoy and smell them. Martha had a lot of flowers in her room. Aaron and I always gave her flowers and cards telling her how special she was to us. On Wednesday she didn’t want to work out. I told her to do it for me, and she worked out a little bit. When I was saying goodbye, she grabbed my had and told me I was like a daughter to her. I gave her a hug and left 😢. I didn’t know that was going to be our last conversation, but it was very special and I will always remember Martha with much love ❤️.
